Image result for quotes on breathingA Thursday hello from Alyssa in the massage department! Take a few moments today to focus on your breath. Inhale deeply for 5 counts, hold the air in your lungs for a moment, and exhale for 5 counts. The counting is not so important, it’s just a general guide. The point is to focus on nice long inhales and exhales. With your breath, you promote good energy flow, your cells are recharged, and stress leaves the body more readily.
