Any gal worth her weight in lipstick in the late 90’s was obsessed with a dark lip. All of our it girls from Kate Moss to Drew Barrymore had it and we wanted it. Nothing said glam like a wine stained pout. The deeper the better! I remember my first make up splurge like it was yesterday….. Chanel lipstick in VAMP with matching nail polish and it’s back. Runways and editorials are littered with a this throwback color but none can compete with the O.G.

To be fair I also lined my lips with a brown eyeliner…. Let’s not make that mistake again!
