It’s Friday! What better day to talk about bowel health, right? Most of the world has very different household set-ups than we might be accostomed to. Billions of people are getting their daily squats in as a regular part of everyday life. What’s squat? I thought that’s something you only do at the gym or in yoga! Well, however you squat, wherever you squat, keep doing it, and do more of it. It’s great for your digestion!
So, even if your only reason for squatting is because you want your booty to look like this, that’s ok. Your bowels and your body will still thank you!
