Many clients and co-workers have expressed to me that they feel stubborn knots in the shoulder blades, but just can’t reach them to work them out. Everything from laying on tennis balls, digging your back into a door frame, and asking your partner to massage it out for you, just doesn’t seem to solve the issue, right?
Let me share with you one of my favorite stretches for releasing the upper back.
